Can I replace the lamp in Stanley HID 3000?

It has an unknown type 8000K 35W HID lamp connected to ballast permanently. Each wire has a white ceramic choke like thing, but they don't appear to be connectors.

The wires are high temperature silicone and probably designed to withstand the starting voltage without arcing over.

I'd like to convert to 4100K lamp. What type do I need, how do i connect it and where can I get it?

Others have done it. The mod is buried in the million-page Stanley thread... somewhere IIRC. its a good mod, 43k lamps will also get you a jump in output, in addition to the warmer tint.
