Cheap and easy magmod using a p60 dropin

Simply insert a spacer into the small spring of the dx r2 p60 dropin and coat the outside of the spring with electrical tape. Remove the bulb retaining ring and reflector insert modded dropin and let her rip! I tried using the default reflector and found no way to fit it and wrecked the reflector doing so. The heat will the dropin after a while but it's only the price of a magnum star xenon bulb here.

Also I gave the lense a sanding with 1500 grit and the beam is now wonderfully floody with a gentle warm hotspot.
