Cheap DIY Mod

There's always room for a disposable sleeper in the collection. Especially when it's pushing 80ish lumens out the front for less than $10.

Yep, I've built one or two of those. The only downside is depending on the light you mod, the beam could be unuseably bad. Also, don't leave it on for more than 5-10 minutes; mine melted itself because the bulb ran too hot lol.

i got one of those....its got pretty good throw, but i used rcr123s which insta flashed the bulb...but the 6-cell bulb worked wondefully, my host flashlights switch is the only part that sucks, so don't use the industrial rayovac from walmart

there was a thread showing the same mod somewhere...and also a member that was doing this type of mod...

it's sure a cheap mod...no other comments
