copper for seoul mods

not sure where to put this

so mods move if i have done wrong (sorry)

if you are modding a flashlight with seoul emitter you often need to raise the emitter with copper heatsink

my question is - is it ok to use recycled copper? recycled sheet can be picked up very cheep so if theres no difference id rather buy that for my mods.

any help would be great
