D-cell mag extender

Is there such a thing as a battery extender for a D-cell mag. I have a 6d and i want to see how long i can make it. It would be awesome to have like a flashlight staff.

Know ahead of time that you'll have to find a replacement for the bulb - a 6D Mag bulb won't last very long at anything over 9 volts. You can use spacers instead of actual batteries to occupy the empty tube space.

Since you're a new guy, in case you didn't already know, we have a broad range of small pocket lights that can easily outblast and outlast a 6D Mag.

oh yeah, i know about those cree flashlights. i'm hoping to get a P3D Q5 for christmas. I just wanted to have a super long flashlight, you know, the bigger the better.
