DigiLight Flashlight Replacement Parts

I am a new user to the forums and was hoping to gather some information from you guys and gals. I have a DigiLight NT9, and somehow or another, with my wonderful luck, I have damaged the recharging tube and can no longer recharge the batteries. I was curious if anyone knew where to get replacement parts? I have checked and have had no luck. I know, from reading the forums on here, that they went out of business, or was purchased by another company. Does anyone have an information about this company? This is a great light and hope to be able to continue to use it in the future, if I can get replacement parts. Please accept my apology if this is posted in the wrong location.
