There was a show on years ago, called "Lost in Space" that featured a robot that was always saying, "Danger." After reading this OP's link, that's all I can think of... Dang, the stuff that the author of that link is using, while effective, can REALLY mess you up. To me, it's not worth the risk...

I have done some DIY anodising, with some good results. For my DIY dive lights.

The only thing that you have to worry about is to use the right precautions like gloves and safety goggles and take verry good care with the chemicals.
