Hi....
I have planned to make a dive light with 3 SSC P7 leds on 900 lumens each. I have ordered the part from DX, and planed to do as followed:
I will use a 3*Cree Reflector - Orange Peel Aluminum (18mm x 50mm). I´ll drill out the holes to take P7 leds.
To ensure enough cooling, I'll make the house and a BIG heatzink in alu. When used under water, with temp. between 3 and 15 degrees C, I´m sure it can be cooled enough.
As power supply, I have planned to make a canister with 6 UltraFire Protected 18650 3.7V 3000mAh Lithium Batteries. These I connect in 3 parallel packs with 2 in series. In total I have about 8V and 9000mAH......... Am I right??
As driver I have planned to use this one:
Regulated CV/CC LED Driver Circuit Board for Cree MC-E/SSC P7 Emitters (8.4V Max Input)
- 2800mA regulated current output
-85% manufacturer rated circuit efficiency
Will it work???? please help me.... I´m not too strong in the technical world.
