I find myself still EDCing my Cree drop-in 6P because of the nice Blackhawk plastic holster I got for it. Retention is just right, and I can withdraw and holster my light fumble free. The stock Fenix nylon holster while adequate
is definitely NOT FUMBLE-FREE. Dang clip gets in the way:sick2: Also the flared tailcap keeps me from using the Blackhawk holster. It gets me that I have to leave my new better-performing, higher-output light just because I dont have a just as good EDC method. (PS please forgive my photography skills)

Not Kydex, but I have found this Stallion Leather belt holder for a PolyStinger works well for the T1. It slides right in, and the pocket clip clips to the outside of the holster. I have my T1 mounted on my duty belt in this same holster and it works great, with just enough retention. Should work fine for your described needs as well.

Here is a link to it one their website: http://www.stallionleather.com/product_info.php?cPath=24&products_id=84

Im sure a bunch of other leather goods companies make something similar that will work just as well.

I believe this one from BladeTech for the SF 6P should work in the same fashion as the one above. Just slide it in with the clip on the outside: http://www.blade-tech.com/Light-Pouch-Horizontal-with-Tek-Lok-pr-809.html#product_images

Wishy,

I tried the light in a Blackhawk 9mm Glock magazine holder and it fit in there nicely. You might want to give that a try and see if you like it.
