The light was discontinued in favor of the TK10 and TK11. You can still find them in the MarketPlace every now and then. A distributor who doesn't move much stock may still have some in inventory.

Or maybe it was because T1 was to expensive to manufacture, the TK10 and TK11 does not have a steel bezel anymore.
The TK10/TK11 has some design advantages, like better balance and a ring for cigar grip.

I happen to prefer the T1 over the T10 and T11. You can get one for a great price at Lighthound. Check the Newsletter page and use both "newsletter" and "CPF" discount codes when checking out. The final price should be about $45, and it is a steal since the original price was $30 more.

For the reduced price it must be one of the 180 lumens or less ones I keep hearing about.

No, the clip is not removable. It comes with a holster.

Mine sure seems over 200 lumens to me. I would guess 220lm.
