Fenix E21 same brightness as TK12?

So I just got a TK12 and an E21 today. These are the first fenix lights I have owned. Overall I am happy, except that my E21 on turbo is brighter than the TK12 on turbo. Any thoughts as to why? I will get some different 123 batteries in the morning to try, and get a new battery for my DMM and see what the draw is on both. Is there anything else I should know? The E21 is rated for 150lm or whatever, but it seems to be brighter than that IMO. Only thing I can think of is that the board in the 21 is putting a bit more mA into the LED than what it should be spec'd for (not that I would be complaining at all, more is always better imo).
