Fenix MC10 will drain down battery when not in use?

Does the Fenix MC10 drain down battery when not in use, just like the TK40?

Since it uses the *smart digital circuit* that remembers your last setting, i am thinking that it would have the constant drain on the battery

Most light with memory does not have a drain on the battery, but I will check the light when I receive it and if it has a drain it goes onto my list of lights with drain.

I have added it to my list, that I linked to in the previous post.
But in most cases it will not be a problem, it will drain batteries in about 7 years.
