Fenix P3D tailcap help

Hey guys,

Got a quick question that I hope some one can answer. Today I decided to switch out the rubber tail cap on my Fenix P3D. I thought it just pulled straight out but as I was pulling it it split in half, leaving the plastic switch exposed.

Apparently I have to dissemble the tail cap to put in a new one but I have no idea how to :thinking:. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks! :twothumbs
