FM's 43W with four IMR26500s?

I'm biulding-up multi-body C-cell body for my SF recently, and looking for 3+ IMR26500s options.

So I consider FM43 bulb, does it work with 4 cell(need Softstart or not?)

And I'd like to know where I can buy this bulb?
