PayPal is not the only way, but it is the fastest / best way for me. However, if you want to mail me a money order or bank check in $USD for $37 along with your address then I will send out the regulator once the check clears. Or you can PayPal me for $37 and I will mail out the regulator ASAP after receipt of PayPal.
If there is some other way you would like to handle this (I can't think what it would be) just let me know and we can work something out. Whatever is convenient for you, let me know and I will see if I can accommodate you.
