i think that it may take longer atm
in worst case its fully insured ... but perhaps it ships not by air but by see

Toby. Can you run a trace on the package. On my end tracking doesn't show it's left Germany. Last confirmed location was it being processed at Frankfurt Airport on December 10, 2020.
