G2L Bored For 18mm?

Anyone give it a shot yet? If so, what were the results?

i think it is not a good idea because the outer body of the G2L is nitrolon.
And the battery tube is a little too thin.

Boring that tube could be a challenge, but running an 18mm reamer through it would be a piece of cake. I don't have a reamer in 18mm, but they aren't expensive:
