H9 Options/Best Choice?

Recently I bumped into Sylvania SilverStar H9 bulbs. Any objective data on whether this is a good bulb to use vs plain standard ones? Searching a little there is also a Sylvania H9 LED. It is for "Off-road/Power sports only". Any good?

What's the best H9 nowadays please?

The Silverstar bulbs have a light blue coating on the glass, which we know reduces output. These are similar to the Hella H9 High Performance 2.0 bulbs which also have a light blue coating. I'm pretty confident that the standard Philips H9 is still the best H9 you can buy.
