Help lighting my horseshoe court

I want to light my horseshoe court. It is 6 ft. wide and 50 ft. long. I would like to light it using one pole centered and off to the side.
I need to know what light or lights to use and how high they will need to be. It would have to be high enough as not to glare in your eyes as your looking at the stake.
Anybody have any suggestions?
