Help me pick a hydraulic jack, please.

No problem, you already know, you probably just didn't know the correct term. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Handle can be welded on, or lacking a welder, take an old 5 gallon bucket (joint compound or driveway sealer) and steal the wire handle from that. Attach it to existing bolts, if possible, or drill a few 1/8" holes for it.

Bill, I'm hesitant to drill into the jack's frame for fear of compromising the structural integrity. But I'm thinking some steel cable wrapped around the frame on both sides with enough of a loop over the top, and a length of galvanized pipe for the handle portion, might work. And yes, those clevis pins might do nicely to turn the jack handle itself into something easier to disassemble if desired. Thanks for the ideas! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
