high performance HID made in Kitchener Canada

I can't find where I read about this HID.. I can't even find the company on google but I'm sure I read about it here.. I believe it was an 8,000 dollar HID of the finest quality... Anyone know which HID it is and have a link to their website?. I'm not going to buy one, I just wanted to oogle it
