it exits in the market some bulb with very very high power and very low voltage?

I want use a123 sistems batteries (70 amp max)

im luking for maybe someting like 3v and 200w or 6v and 400w (400/ 6= 66 amp) runtime not matters

what its the most powerful bulb of the world powered with low voltage?

66 amps to a 6v bulb? that is nuts. better off using a high voltage at low amperage as there will be less need for 00 gauge wiring.

maybe I never will find some bulb with 400w/6v......but I want find the most powerfull of the world powered with 3v-9v

LOL, I would love to see what a flashlight using 00gauge wire would look like. 2 gauge might work better for ya.:poke:

for the size of having that much light output you would probably be better suited to look into HID instead of a half dozen multidie LEDs or a barn burning hotwire. It may take running a 12-14v pack though.
The problem with 400 watts is the amount of heat generated requires a larger size light to control and dissipate it properly

One of the good output bulbs I have seen is the WA 1164. Overdriven to 9.6 volts at ~4 amps, it cranks around 1,500 out the front lumens on a Mag.

that is about 1/5 to 1/10 what he wants. I would say about 14.4v at 30 amps would be about what he wants.

It is absolutely possible to make such a bulb.
Is it efficient? No way.
To deliver such a hich current, you will need a car battery cable but how about switch?
Voltage drop (power waste) on low voltage/high current system is way more than high voltage/low current system.

would have to use something like a solenoid or heavy duty relay for a switch
Similar to car starter solenoid?

I thought main idea is a small single cell light.

And nobody mentioned that 70 Amp is maximum peak. Voltage will sag severely under continuous drain within seconds.

and with 3-15v? what its the most powerfull bulb?

Here are few samples:

Custum made 4V Axial (4V, 3.5A) which was maximum drain for most AA NiMH that time.

Osram 64275 (6V, 5.8A)

Custum made FM1909 (11.5V, 5.5A) which is maximum power for envelope size.

Osram 64633 (15V, 10A)

All above numbers are at spec and there are many more at that voltage range.

ok no way to find bulbs with high power and low voltage, the only way will be make a big flashlight powered with 12-15v

good option, this its nice,5600 lumens and 50 hours its ok for me

I find some others with:

250w 24v 10 amp 50hours and 10k lumens

300w 24v 50hours and no declared lumens but maybe arround 12k lumens

but with 12v I cant find bulbs with more than 100w and only 8 amp

I find this 12v 150w bulb but I want small bulb
https://www.interlight.biz/light-bulb/MITUTOYO-201131

it exist in the world small bulbs like this
(15V, 10A) powered with 12-15v and with more power-lumens/voltage ratio?

if I use this bulb 15V, 10A with 4 18650 imr ( 16.8v max) what lifetime you think will have the bulb? maybe arround 40 hours? 30 hours?

sorry for my english, my google traslator dont work since the last firefox update
