How do you dissasemble a Inova 24/7?

Has anyone disassembled a Inova 24/7?
Looks like there should be a screw in the centre of the ring, but :shrug:
No screw!!
Need to pull it apart as it has a flashing issue on high mode.

I had that same problem in this post, but mine was brand new out of the box :hairpull:
