How to clean/dry inside a surefire KT4

Long story short:

one day decided to turn on my M6 and found that there was a film of some weird discolouration on the inside of the lens. After doing some research, and concluded that water on the inside of the bezel should be fine.
cleaned out he discolouration fine. But now left with water droplets on the inside of the lens and inside the bezel.

any suggestion as to how i can get it dry and pristine back to what it used to be.

I'll tell you what to not do:

-Don't boil it.
-Don't try to use a Q-tip to dry it.
-Don't try to use alcohol thinking it would evaporate faster

Each of these will ruin the head.

I would recommend, though, to use compressed air either from a compressor or a can. I have used a small 1gal compressor with a basketball filling head attached to go into the head and blow it nice and dry.

The M6 does not feature the KT4 TurboHead Kit No.4.
It simply features the Millennium TurboHead.

You might call SF and see what they say. They might be able to provide recommendations as to what to do. Can't hurt to call.

i knew size15 would call me out on the technicality lol.
i've got a tank of compress air i'll give a go.

The shock isolation system (especially the Neoprene) will retain moisture so you may have to repeat the process as you slowly dry it out. Don't try to rush the drying process as this can damage the reflector finish (as I've found out)
