How to go 2x18650

Ok i just got my M3T. I know i can use the 17's right now but to get the 18650 rechargables can i just put an a19 cell extender on there or will i have to get the leef c-m body?

You'll have to get the leaf. Surefire bodies and extenders are too narrow. Sorry.

M4 bodies can be bored cheaply if you have one. If you don't, then the Leef body is the best option (through Lighthound).

I have a M3 running 2x17500. I've heard that boring these for 18500 cells will possibly make the walls too thin.

My M4 is out for boring and a new head w/ Milky, so I can't compare the M3 and M4 bodies at this time.

What about a a19 with two 17670's and the m4's bulbs?

2 Li ions don't provide enough juice for the stock M4 lamps.

You can use the M3T bulbs if you're willing to put up with the drop in output.

Pete - I'm just waiting for the bits to do this myself with a leaf body, what sort of bulb time have you had?
