I need help finding or building a driver/regulator for a p7

I already have a battery pack that I would like to use. It consists three 7.2 volt rc car batteries at 3800 mah each. It can be wired in parallel or series depending on the cable from the battery to the light. I am currently using it with three ssc p4's in my current bike light with a 1000a puck.
