In scuba diving, it's common to use canister lights which separate the battery from the light head. I want to replace the cable on one of these lights. Where should I start shopping? I'm in the US and started with Grainger.

I need 2-conductor, stranded, 6 mm diameter, and AWG 20. The current cable doesn't have the flexibility I want.

Welcome! I have no specifics, aside from saying that I would suggest Newark rather than Grainger for a good starting point for the search. Cheers!
