Interesting deal on prefabricated Luxeon panels

Was looking for line cords to make some lighting for my workbench and came across these... looks like a good deal, and something "we" can use to rip-off Glockboy's multi-LED flashlight. ;-)

They also carry Cree XLamps but I'm not sure the price is so good ($11.50 for 7090WHT).

this might be more in the shape of a flashlight, these ring things, the price of them shoulda dropped long ago, as they are not cheap. and that place is not the cheapest to buy them. so this is just to show the pics of them.
The small one fits INSIDE the larger ring.
sooo, if you got a "white" large ring, and a "amber" inner right, you might design something that acted a bit like a 50W incadescnet light.

the price is still rediculous, the idea was always good though.
