Is there anything like the old Preon P0?

I'm looking for a tiny flashlight for my keyring. I don't really need high lumen modes, but ideally I'd like a firefly mode. Really, really, really small size is a must.

The good, old FourSevens Preon was just perfect, but I cannot find a decent substitute.

Any suggestions would be very welcome.

What frequency of use do you anticipate. Some of us have a belt light for most occasional uses, and a Photon on our keychain because of its tiny nature.

You could look for a Quantum DD by Steve Ku, DQG made a few good 10180 lights, and the Peak Eiger can be had in various sizes and beam shapes.
I have all three on different keychains. All have been reliable and did what I need as a backup light.
I have a P0 but comparatively it doesn't feel as robust, and I tend to toss my keys around a lot.
