Kilimanjaro UP 1-LED - Troubleshooting needed!

Just received my three stainless Peaks, a Pacific AA in HP, a Kino Bay AA in HP and a Kilimanjaro AA 1-LED in UP. They all look and feel great, beyond my expectations. While the other two perform flawlessly and brilliantly, the Kili lets me down. It flickered a few flashes as I twisted the head the first time and afterwards light was gone for good. Again and again I tried all ways to make it work, also exchanged the common-sized tube of the Kino Bay -- none worked. Quite positive there was problem with the Kili head. Could any folks shine some advice to troubleshoot this? Thanks!

Contact Peak and arrange to have it replaced instead of trying to fix it yourself. My Matterhorn died and the head was sealed in epoxy -- no hope of a home remedy.

Thanks for your suggestion. I guess it will be the right "troubleshooting" for this case. The head seems as good as dead. Already sent two emails to Robyn -- no response from her yet. She must still be on leave after SHOT.
