I'm looking for guidance with making or possibly purchasing an LED landing light for my experimental aircraft. my landing speeds will be in the 45MPH and less category so it's not a real fast moving aircraft.
Usually there's two lights for night operations, the taxi light which is a little more of a flood, and then ther'es the main landing light which is long throw spot type.
I also have some LED navigation/anti collision lights that i'll hopefully be able to mount this weekend. I'd like to try to keep it all LED if possible.
The aircraft does have 12vDC from a battery and alternator just like a car, so Amperage shouldn't be a problem.
It will be out in the open so cooling shouldn't be a problem either.
Thanks in advance for your help.
