LED light recommendation for an EMT

Just looking for some recommendations on a LED light for an EMT to carry. I would imagine close to medium range but I am not an EMT so I need a little help. Thanks for any thoughts.

I would wholeheartedly recommend a Fenix P3D Q5. There's an old thread about this:

we need to know use details and the wished "form factor"

pencil style, surefire style, bigger head slim body throw flashlight, maglite equivalent, 4AA side by side in 2s, or angleadhead.
