There's a lot of info on the storage of LiCo batteries, I store mine at ~3.8v in a cool/cold & dry environment but what is the best storage practices for LiFeP04 batteries?
Also, do they chemicaly degrade at a slower rate than Lithium Cobalt cells?

TIA

I would say yes
I discharged my Dewalt 36V LiFePO4 nanophosphate batteries to 40% before they were shipped across the ocean. I forgot to charge one of them when I received them and it layed around for a year. Threw it in the charger and it charged right up!
I left it on the charger overnight so the balance function could bring all the cells to the same voltage and have noted no problems with the pack.
I would love to get an 18650 size from A123 Systems for some of the MC-E series lights...but their M1 cells are larger than that so I'll wait. Anyone find any LiFePO4 18650 cells with a BMS to prevent over discharge?
