MAG CHARGER UPGRADE *HELP PLEASE*

i have a mag charger....ive upgraded it with a 5761 phillips bulb = 400ish lumens!

im seeking 800-1000 lumen range with a descent run time!

can some-one list me with a few things for an upgrade and were to find them

1.battery pack
2.lens
3.reflector
4.bulb
5.socket

im only guessing this is what i need!

ive done a few searchs on this one....can anyone tell me if there is a batt pack that i can use that will charge in the cradle and give me a decent run time with a wa1160 or 5761 phillips bulb...and were to buy one.

Try searching mag 1185 or mag85

For that you'd need a WA1185 Bulb. you'd probably also want a 9xAA nimh pack built, Lux Luthor can do this for you or you could try using battery adapters, Five mega has nice aa-d adapters and I thin Mdocod has made some as well. You might want to look into a ceramic bi-pin magcharger slug from fivemega as well. check to see if the lens is glass. if not you'd probably want a borofloat or UCL lens.

I'm not sure it this would work with the stock cradle. If you have some pictures of the cradle and the power adapter I might be able to tell you if you can retrofit it with a different charger.

There used to be a really nice mag charger mod guide around here somewhere. Unfortunately I've lost the link.
