Maglite led upgrade

Have recieved 4 orders this past couple weeks for various Maglite LED drop ins
from the torch site, no issues, just ordered there 12w 1800 lumen multi mode LED
D Maglite drop in. So certainly all good within UK

On looking at both thetorchsite website and there Ebay,
both seem to provide shipping to UK & Europe but nothing for
the States, Canada, Unless you message and ask I'd assume no unfortunately.

I have asked them and they don't sell to any of the 27 European Union countries.

"Sadly since Brexit it hasn't really been worthwhile shipping to EU countries due to customs charges at point of collection and increased shipping costs."

There is another UK seller named "Torch Upgrades" He was banned from Amz USA as well right here on CPF.. Avoid that seller at all costs!

I have ordered some parts without any problem. Not the greatest led upgrade but no problem with the seller.

Oh dear this doesnt reflect well on our nation, I can only but apologies.
Funnily enough I too have recently ordered (2 single D Cell Maglite
battery extension tubes) from torchupgrades, yet to recieve mind, though
my interactions with all companys mentioned have been via click orders online, no
verbal or personal messages.

Why?
I have ordered some parts without any problem. Not the greatest led upgrade but no problem with the seller.

Issues crop up if anything goes wrong. I bought from Cloud Defense twice. First time, everything went smoothly. Second time was a nightmare when they accidentally sent me the wrong weapon-mount. After that came some very deliberate scumbag behavior on their part.

Actually, it does. Bexit was one nation's rejection of World Wide, multi-nation Socialism. One in which the E.U. expected Great Britain to pay to financially rescue several struggling nations. Nations that got into financial troubles all on their own, with zero fault from Britain. Britain decided to not be taken advantage of to an obscene financial degree.

That's really what Brexit boils down to.

Exactly! I recall right before Brexit there was talk regarding financially bailing out Greece. And, I mean completely doing so. With Britain handing over the vast majority of monetary aid. The Prime minister even considered it. But mentioned that Greece would have to meet certain stipulations, first.

At the time, Greece's Prime minister was asked about the monetary aid. For some bizarre reason, he started spouting off about Greek pride! Ended up looking like an absolute, total fool. Brexit took place soon afterwards.

I ordered a Mini Maglite AA LED upgrade from TTS on Tuesday, it arrived with me yesterday.

I am very impressed, the Mini Maglite had been sitting in a drawer for 15 years or more but the LED has made a massive difference. The beam has quite a tight hotspot with useful spill and had no problems lighting up the barn from 50 metres. I'm thinking of buying some Lithium primaries and keeping it in the car once I've stopped playing with it.

Same here, Mini Maglite with TTS LED conversion. Mine is old and only about 30 lumens. I fit Energizer lithium primary cells and it lives in our car.
