Making a stacked battery

Has anyone soldered cells in a stacked formation? I'm trying to figure out a way to do it. Because I need the positive from one to be against the negative of the next. But I have no way to heat both of them at the same time and then smooshed them together as the solder cools.

Solder short Hilumin strips and then bend them 180 degrees to each other?

that was my plan if nothing better came up. There's enough room for 5 x sub C cells and I'm only using 2x18650
