Hi, I am a new member here. I have a question. I just ordered a Malkoff drop in for my 3D mag-lite. Will an aspherical lens work for this application? Thanks for any help. I didn't know if the emitter would work with the lens.
It will work, but not as bright as typical DIY Mag Aspherical with Cree Q5/R2.
Old version use SSC P4 I believe, new version use XPG R5 but not driving very hard.
