I have a Cree XRE that wouldn't do this.

However, a SSC P4 in a Q3 does flouresce a strong lime green with even 360 nm UV leds.

The color is whiter and stronger with a 395 nm UV leds.

With a royal blue Luxeon5, I'm getting a very nice white "echo" back out the bezel.
