Microfire K2000R

I just got a MF K2000R from CPFMP. I had also ordered a 8XCR123 tube from the Fenix store to go with it.
Anybody see a problem?

Anyone know if this is a very old K2000R or if there were ever some counterfeit ones circulating.

Did you call the Fenix Store and inquire about that yet?

They think it might be one of the first ones, but they have never had any like this.

To me it looks like the Main Body and the li-io battery is 1st Generation and the CR123 Tube is 2nd Generation....compared to my earlier K2000R which had two times a blown-up HID Bulb...

The guts on your K2000R head looks like the guts on the G&P lights.
I dont remember mine beeing like that inside...
