weird...i just got my tk11 r2 right now and checked that there were no extra spacer that comes along with it to replace the cigar ring? my first r2 i got came with it and so did my regular tk11...

just fyi, it would help if you mentioned the name of the flashlight in the thread title.

I bought a bagle yesterday, and it also didn't come with a spacer!

My TK11 R2 didn't come with a spacer either... I just paid $2 or something for one of the gold coloured ones that came with the TK10 :thumbsup:

I believe it was only the TK10 that had a replacement spacer, unless dealers were giving them out for free.
