Have folks here used this charger? What do they think? Its a relatively common 'high-end' charger here in Oz. How does it compare with the Maha C9000

I've had one of these for a few years, (bought it in Singapore) and it has worked well for me. The only problem is that it charges cells in series pairs, which is OK while your cells are all good, but not so good if they become unmatched. I think Jaycar sells these units these days, but I could be wrong.

About a year ago I replaced it with C801D, and a few months ago also got a C9000 (highly recommended). The 5798 now sits in the cupboard unused, although it might come in handy for C or D charging one day (but I doubt it).
