Mofiki's Mag Mod

This is my first mod of a Mag D. I cut off the unwanted parts and did a little carving of my own on the drill press ( don't have a lathe) but it turned out pretty good and now I need to get the Driver and led's installed. I purchased the heatsink from The Sandwich Shoppe and the bflex drive with 3 Cree Q4's and Khatod optics.

It's not heavy at all. I have a Niterider Blow Torch HID head that seems to be the same. No scales of coarse. I think it'll pass with most of the mountainbiking crowd, especially if it's bright.

How did you get the little clamp part machined? Thats pretty much exactly what im looking to do for my next light.

Also where did you get that lense?
