My Aeon came in today...

FUBAR. The switch does what it wants. Right now its stuck on high. Any Aeon owners know if this is an easily fixable problem or do I have to send it back to Texas? I've sent a messege to Muyshondt.

I would wait for a replay from Muyshondt before you do much. Until then I'm sure you've done all the inspect, clean, lubricate, clean, inspect, clean, check.

hmm, interesting...is the foam retention ring unusually soft at spots?

considering its a twisty, the only User accessible areas would be the threads. assuming of course all your cleaning was done correctly, its an electronic issue

I agree with the last post: first check out the foam to see whether it is complete and hasn't been mashed.

Enrique is VERY responsive to any problems, so if you write him, he will surely put everything in order. Just see to it that you don't try any repairs yourself.

Enrique was on it fast. I have to send it in. It turns itself on, sometimes to high. At least I have an Ion to keep me company.
