CNC prototype is in the HOUSE!!!
OK, guys, here is a prototype done for me by my CNC guy. Please let me know what you guys think... I think I like it and will become my "signature" look...

Questions:
Is the Bolt Snap mounting point on the back of the light head that big of a deal? I for one am willing to live without it, but don't know about others. I can always put the snap on the goodman handle. Need to please as many people as possible here... Don't wanna lose business due to a small adder.

These will be hard coat anodized and awesome.

Well, how in the world do I post pics. I don't see the manage attachments thing anywhere???

I would love to hear a review when it's done. I hope it's not too floody with the MCE.

Actually, the Fraen FRC reflector gives a perfect hot spot... Well, it does have a very small donut hole in the middle, but barely noticeable on a white wall. You will not notice that at all while diving.
The P7 is more flood than this.

I would compare the beam with Salvo's $1000 LED can light. Granted a bit less light but not by a lot.
I just shipped my first one out today, so we'll see.
I actually have two great reviews on my P7 direct drive light so far.

Some better pics showing close ups and from different angles would be advantageous. I can see any pics looking front on and rear on of the light head or close ups of the can top with switch and gland.

As for the question about the snap bolt whole. If its not that hard put it in. I cant see anyone not buying it because its there but I can see people not buying it because its not.

Also how about some beam shots showing how wide each part of the beam is at a given distance. EG spot and corona.

Shim the reflector up around 0.010 and the donut will be gone.
