Here it is outside of the assembly

On mine, the long strip folds under the bottom with a hexagonal nut that fits into a hexagon space in the plastic. Is this a C cell, or not a D serial number?

Mine was recovered from battery leakage, so the DeOxit is a precaution to neutralize any remaining contamination.
