taschenlampen is incredible! To bad no matter what I do my very cheap Dell POS will not translate it. I gathered the review was very positive. Got my "warm white" XHP PP today and now have both the "white light" and "warm white" XHP PP's as well as the XHP "warm white" DP. For some reason the DP is a lot brighter than either the XHP PP's. The XHP PP's are still awesome though.

I thought my XPL Hi DP and PP were brighter than my XHP 35 PP, but then I discovered it was on Turbo1. Try the 15 tailpresses and see if you get 1 or 2 flashes. You want 2.

Does your XHP lights have a pre-flash on firefly 1?

no no pre flashes but the XHP lights came all out of whack setting wise. Had to mess with them a bit to TURN OFF once I turned them on(loose tail switch ring)then had to do the 15 half tap to get the full turbo out of them. They are indeed quite brighter than my XP-L HI AT's which is very very impressive.
