I have had an M3XS-UT since about 2016. My tailcap works just fine and never had any issues with it. I did think I had an issue with my X7 and they sent me a tailcap and stickers and a vinyl morale patch from their Georgia service center and I got it for free in 2 days. They have the same customer service as Surefire with me so far.

i tried calling but got no answer so I will email them thru there website.
