Hey,
I just ordered a upgraded gladius a few days ago the first thing I did wrong was pay with paypall through my bank account. I found out it would take 6 days to clear. I promptly called up strategos and explained and got my order transfered to a credit card no biggie. I called paypal but of couse they "cant" stop my money from being withdrawled.... yeah sure. anyways, when i checked my order again online, it still says "pending" like it did when I was waiting for the money to clear my bank, yet my credit card did get charged. So i figured, maybe I just got assigned a new order number or something, or it got screwed up in their system. So I called again.... no answer, i call the order department... no answer.... customer service... no answer.... sent an email.... no answer.... left a message.... no answer..... anyone else experiencing or have experienced this problem before? What should I do... i really want my light, I just want to confirm my order is good.
HELP PLEASE!

As long as your PayPal transfer remains unclaimed you can log in and delete/cancel the transaction.
I'm afraid I can't help with the order though.

I called paypal they said it got cancelled but the moeny still goes from my bank account to paypal
i still dont know what to do about my order.
