Pila IBC charger in NYC?

OK, so I have one other option in getting one of these and that is during my week long stay in NYC. Are Pila products available over the counter in NYC?....and if so, where? thanks.

Yes I know, I done that as well, thanks.....I may pick up an SF A2 and it would be easy to get the charger as well.....
