Hi! Im comming from Croatia so excuse my English but I have some serious questions

Where can I find, if it exists, blue led, 454 nm and above 1oo lumen per watt ?! Thanks a lot!

You won't find one as the 454nm blue is actually royal blue and measured in radiant flux not lumens.
Royal Blue Cree XP-E is the highest efficiency I've seen
Cutter.com.au has a coral growers kit that is 4 xp-e royal blues

That technology is a bit late. Next manth my cousin is going to paris (France). Is there any dealer of that produckt? Is there maybe a catalogue sale? Whose catalogue should i ask for?
